Lovely Hotel Very nice modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, amazing shower and lots of space. Buffett breakfast was good, but hot food not very hot at all. Chic modern hotel My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay in a corner king-bed room. The hotel is fairly new with a contemporary Scandinavian decor. The hotel had a very upscale, youthful, chic vibe. The restaurant UBA served exquisite pan-Asian dishes at lunch and dinner and provided a sumptuous English breakfast in the morning. The music selection in the restaurant and the lobby bar was super contemporary and upbeat pop. The bed was very comfortable. We liked that the bathroom had double sinks. The service was excellent throughout the hotel and all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location made it for us. There were about a dozen Michelin star restaurants within a mile of the hotel. The Shoreditch area of the Borough of Hackney (East End) was reminiscent of NYC’s Greenwhich Village and SoHo in the 70s. This was not a stodgy establishment! Particular concern for guest comfort No matter how cold it is outside, the Hart always offers a warm welcome. The Hart is our go-to when we visit London a few times a year. It’s not because it’s particularly near the things we do in the city (although you can certainly keep yourself busy exploring the vibrant streets and restaurants in Shoreditch!), but because the staff bends over backwards to assure that your stay is comfortable. Do you want special pillows? A breathable mattress pad? On this visit, I overheard the staff quietly arranging to put a board under the mattress for a guest with a bad back. No fuss; no pushback; no negotiation—just a basic concern for guest comfort. The warm welcome is genuine, and our stay is always great! Luxurious stay with exceptional service and stunning decor! We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay. 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel! The service is exceptional, the rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to just about everything. I accidentally left a bracelet in my room, but after calling the hotel, I spoke with Mohammed, who was incredibly helpful. He located the bracelet and promptly shipped it back to me. Solo work trip Had a great experience on my first solo work trip. The bed was super comfortable, the room was stylish and I loved the bathroom amenities. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable! The coolest hotel in London This hotel has such an awesome atmosphere. The staff are excellent - we’ve stayed here 3 times now and it’s been the same every time. Decor is fabulous and so decadent. We have family who lives in Shoreditch and it is a great place to stay when we are in London. For a huge chain like Hilton, this hotel feels like an independent residence. It’s brilliant here and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
