2023 London Design Festival. The Fundamentals Of Caring.

At Hart Shoreditch during the London Design Festival 2023, we transformed our hotel into an immersive exhibition featuring the incredible work of East London-based artist and illustrator, James Daw. Titled “Fundamentals of Caring,” this exhibition took guests on an interactive journey, reimagining our hotel’s interior design through a sensory experience.

The exhibition broke down interior design to its core, only to mold and sculpt it into extraordinary totems and icons. Curated by the talented James Daw, it featured contributions from Will Martin, Lisa Sheehan, Anna Rotar, and our friends at Aromatise, all bringing a rich sensory experience right to the hotel floor.

The exhibition kicked off with a vibrant launch party, celebrating the creativity and collaboration of all participating artists. It offered unexpected experiences and engaging interactions, reflecting our commitment to supporting local arts and the community.
